Sun Safe
We are a Sun Safe Nursery. At Reddish Vale Nursery School, we understand the importance of teaching our children how to stay safe in the sun. We discuss UV levels with the children every day to help their understanding of taking precautions during the hotter days. The children have access to sun hats when playing in the outdoor area, water fountain for drinks throughout the day, shaded areas in the outdoor provision and sun cream, which can be applied at lunch times.
